you have to pick 1 or the other, dieting or exercising, because otherwise, there’s no way your gonna magically lose weight…either one you can see results quickly if you really go about it right….if you want to just exercise, do tons of cardio (running/jogging, biking, swimming, jump rope, etc)..do this every other day…if you don’t mind dieting, eat fish (not breaded), fresh veggies (not frozen/canned), and fruits….drink lots of water and stop drinking soda if you are…eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of only 3, but a meal can be something like an apple as a snack…ok, now if you combine the 2 (cardio and the foods you eat) its going to be an even faster result than only choosing 1….good luck

Yes…cutting calories and working out to create a caloric deficit is EXACTLY how you lose weight. It leads to overexertion when you try to do way more than you body has the energy to do. If you push yourself too far then you’re body will let you know…you’ll feel like crap. The concept does work however…just dont get to carried away or you’ll end up hurting yourself instead.

If you cut back and become more active you will eventually lose weight and be more healthy. That is a no brainer The South Beach diet is a great way to drop a few pounds fast (especially for men-my dad lost 10 lbs the first week). I have tried every diet out there and the only one I have ever stuck to is Weight Watchers, you can easily lose 5+ lbs your first week there. It is a great program.
How old are you? That can play a huge factor. Good luck!

First things first…If you really diet well, and do it the healthy way, and work hard by doing resistance training your can lose weight very quick….Now, with that said let me say that the Mirror never lies….the scale *****…who cares how much you weight if you look incredible!

If you want a short answer then buy T5’s online or Phentermine from a Slimming clinic. They speed up your metabolism so you burn off weight quicker. They also supress your appetite. You have to take them early in the morning or you wont sleep. I lost 20lbs in a month and a half, but you cant stay on them forever……

A few disclaimers before I start:
I am a vegetarian (for 25 of the 45 years I have lived)
In August of 2008 I weighed 178lbs on a 5′9′ frame.
It takes discipline and work to get to where you want to be, there is no magic pill.
By increasing the intensity of the interval training and combining that with a raw food diet I have dropped 15 pounds of fat in about 60 days. I begin my day with a vigorous workout from 430am-6am, then have a protien supplement and granola for breakfast (no dairy milk–rice milk). I measure my caloric intake and generally follow the following eating schedule:
9:45am–a banana
10:45am–an apple
11:45am–Clif Bar
1:45pm–an apple
2:30pm–2 oz. pecans
3:30pm–1/4 cup raw almonds
Dinner–Salad
Total caloric intake is under 1500.
For excercise:
10 mins stretching
25 mins interval training on elliptical
25 mins interval training on treadmill (1.5 mins 4.8mph, .5 mins sprint between 9.8mpg and 12 mph increasing over the entire 25 mins)
20 mins lateral hop over BOSU ball (30 seconds on/30 seconds lateral twist on the ball)
10 mins ab/core training variable day to day to avoid boredom
10 mins cool down/stretch
End result: lost the mini-gut I had without adding bulk, I now weigh 163 and have lost two inches off my waste.
The Key: dedication, discipline, and commitment. There is no magic pill.

Cut out all sugars eat fruit and vegetables and simple carbs such as white pasta and white bread with complex carbohydrates such as whole wheat pasta and whole grain bread and brown rice. Eat chicken with no skin and only ****** that has very little fat. Drink a lot of water about the necessary 8 cups. And exercise such as jogging for 30 min with no stopping do this 6 times per week the weight will decline like crazy trust me. Eat 6 small meals throughout the day. If you run of course the process will go by quicker. But overall you will lose a lot of weight and cut out meat of your diet. If there is a will there is a way always remember that. You will find that you will get hungrier throughout some time just remember to spread out calories throughly and you will be fine.
