Are weight loss pills really effective?
I’m trying to find out if diet pills are really effective and safe, or they are just another excuse for sellers to get your money.

Yes, with diet and exercise you lose weight.
no they do nothing. unless they have ephedrin or other stuff that makes your heart go fast, but that’s been found to cause heart attacks and bad stuff.
Just elevate your heart rate.

If they are sold over-the-counter or on TV and say “these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA” don’t waste your money. If they really worked, they would have gone through clinical trials. And any diet pill that offers money for testimonials…if it works so great why do they need to pay MONEY for stories of how it works? Shouldn’t it work great for everyone?
There are many prescription diet pills that work in different ways. Your doctor can help you chose one. But if you get an appetite suppressant, for instance, and you eat out of boredom and not hunger, it won’t help you.
