I REALLY want to stick to a weight loss regimen but its not possible to monitor safe caloric intake at dinners, since I am still at home for a few more months and eat home-cooked meals (although my dads partner watches her weight so the meals aren’t bad). I’ve tried exercise routines in the past but never stick to them for more than a few days out of the BELIEF that it’s hardly going to make me lose weight because it seems so small and it will take ages to start noticing results if any.
I drink lots of water daily already and never drink soda, and don’t eat sweets much, although I usually have biscuits or cake every 2nd-3rd day due to cravings.
I want a draft routine that assures meeting my goals as soon as possible. That is good to stick to.

Because of your weight, your problem isn’t that you’re too tubby and need to lose some, but you need to tone your body up. This doesn’t happen with weight loss, but rather with muscle gain.
As for it not being possible to monitor safe caloric intake at dinners, I don’t care where the hell you live, you’re 18: you need to get your act together and make your own meals already. I’ve been cooking since I was 7, I’m sure you can figure it out at your age. You’re going to need to up your protein intake and do some plyometrics (yoga is okay), running, and weight training.
