Weight Loss Workouts For Six Pack Abs

Sunday, 28. February 2010 3:19

It was very hot earlier this summer… so my friend and I went to the park to throw a frisbee. And during that time… several friends stopped by to chat with us. And the thing of it was… the very first thing they notice before saying a single word was my friend’s new six pack abs.

And the very next thing they did was compliment my friend… They were just flabbergasted how different my friend looks! He lost a few pounds and now was ripped and had a six pack abs. To be honest with you, I think this is the best fitness compliment that you can get when someone notices that you stand out and mentions it at the get go.

But that is just me…

And I think we all would absolutely kill to get compliments about our abs.

But back to my friend… he was doing everything right to lose body fat. You know the drill… setting weight loss goals, an active physical lifestyle, eating 6-8 small meals a day, healthier eating and self-awareness.

Are YOU doing these things?

And my friend incorporated interval training plus strength training in his weight loss workouts. And he spends more time thinking out his nutrition… shopping and preparing his meals ahead of time on the weekends so he won’t mess up during his work week because he will be too busy.

And the other thing I wanted to mention was my friend started to hang out with folks that support his weight loss and fitness goals… gone are the drinkers and smokers and in are the folks who exercise regularly and are great nutritional cooks.

Doing the same things my friend did is a sure fired way to lose body fat and get six pack abs. And you can make these simple choices too.

Successful Weight Loss Workouts

Saturday, 27. February 2010 23:51

Not so long ago, famine and starvation are major problems faced by the world population. However, it may seem ironic that one of the greatest problems faced in the modern 21st century society is that of obesity. This problem is especially evident in developed and rich countries such as USA, United Kingdom, France, Australia, etc.

It has been established that weight loss and subsequently weight maintenance is only truly effective through the combination of exercise and healthy diet. Highlighted here are several successful weight loss workouts for overweight individuals.

Jogging is an effective and safe exercise for weight loss. Jogging has little risk to all individuals, it can be practised almost everywhere, at any time convenient. One do not need to invest much in this exercise, only a pair of comfortable running shoes are required.

Sit-up exercises are recommended for people who are busy and have little time to workout. Sit-up can be performed from the comfort of one’s home. If necessary, a weight can be used to help an individual perform sit-ups. Sit-up exercise is extremely effective to lose belly fat quickly. This exercise is also recommended to men and women who want to have good-looking toned-up abdominal muscles.

Gym workouts are also recommended for weight loss and body building. Usually an instructor will be present to help gym members achieve their personal goals. Gym workout will not only help an individual to lose weight, it can also help to tone and build up one’s muscles for better figure and fitness.

Three Weight Loss Workout Mistakes to Avoid Like the Plague

Saturday, 27. February 2010 12:44

If you are reading this article… chances are you are frustrated with the lack of progress with your weight loss workout. You may also be upset that your workout program is taking a very long time in the gym or on the road.

Now… understand this… I really believe you ARE working hard… what you are not doing is working smart.

There is a difference and it truly drives me crazy to see so much effort and energy put into the workout routines with very little results to show for it.

And then of course… you get extremely frustrated and quit on it saying, “it doesn’t work and I’m going to go back to my old habits and resign to my fate.”

Au contraire I would say!

Not so fast… I think if you implement my advice to your workouts… you will see improvement!

My best advice for weight loss workout routines:

one) Increase the intensity of your workouts rather than do those long and boring cardio exercises which quite frankly don’t cut it when you want to lose weight. And don’t do those high repetition weight training. Do less with higher weights.

I would also mention that you MUST follow your nutritional plan to get the maximum efforts at the gym. If you use the ol’ input/output model… what you put in your body… determines what your body puts out. Put in junk foods and you will most assuredly put out crappy workouts.

two) It bears repeating… throw the cardio workouts in the trash can where it belongs. The proof behind cardio was based on long distance jogging back in the 70s and that study is now questionable. And yes, many people still believe in long distance running and cardio will lose weight… but research has shown the very opposite. Cardio will give you very little benefits on its own. What you need to do is strength training, intense interval workouts and observing proper nutritional advice to lose body fat. And besides… doesn’t cardio **** wind big time?

Sure it does! I really, really loathe cardio and aerobic exercises. It is a waste of time. It is inefficient for body fat loss.

three) I would also suggest that you alternate your workout routines. Don’t stick with the same old thing each and every week. It’s boring. It’s unconstitutional and has been banned by 107 countries around the world.

OK. I made that up.

But the truth of the matter is… quit thinking in terms of quantity of workouts and start thinking in terms of quality of workouts. And your body is going to change much, much faster…

What illnesses have symptoms of sudden weight loss?

Saturday, 27. February 2010 4:15

My dad has suddenly lost a large amount of weight without trying to. He’s not on a diet and he’s been eating and exercising the same amount as he usually does. Could this be an illness? If so, what kind?
