I know moderation and working out is key but what can I do to speed the weightloss up for the first 2 weeks?

No matter what you do, weight loss will be fastest in the first two weeks anyway because thats when you have the most weight to lose(and when you’re most motivated!). Drink plenty of water when you work out! Good luck!
