Do the lunges for 20 times.
Lie down on your tummy, put your arms to the side, and lift your arms, legs, and chest off the floor for about 20 times.
Do the twisting of your torso. Do this 20 times again while rotating from your tummy part.
Side bend! Do 20 dips for each side.
Wall sit for as long as you can.
Do all of these without resting in between all sets. A stomach lose weight regimen doesn’t need to be expensive or so. Just perform this routine religiously and watch your diet and you are all set!
