eat oatmeal, steel cut oats are much better, for breakfast w/ nuts (almonds or walnuts) and fruit, maybe a berry or apples. add a dash of cinnamon and this is great for your health and weightloss.
Oh geeze, I **** these questions. Look, eat natural food, don’t overeat, don’t buy a bunch of processed crap, cook it in a healthy manner, exercise often, and that’s it. There’s no magical list of foods that make you skinny. If it were that easy, no one would be fat.
