    Well… I always felt it didn’t work for weight loss. It will cause an upset stomach so perhaps you just won’t be able to eat. Models drink a concoction of that every morning for its health/beauty benefits.

    You will instantly have to purge in all forms… so I’m sure it’s very cleansing to the body.

    In fact, I’m sure it doesn’t… the old school stacks in products like Ripped Fuel and Hydroxycut worked much better, and those still weren’t miracle pills. They contained ephedrine, caffeine, sometimes yohimbine and white willow bark which is just aspirin to thin out your blood making the side effects far more noticeable.

    It’s very acidic which can’t be good for your teeth or enamel. So if you take anything that will really help weight loss(such as any ADD med) it will lose its efficiency. Citric acid is apparently even in black tea.

    Bottom line, it’s good in the morning if you feel bloated, and might help a hangover(for me anyway) but it doesn’t have any properties associated with anything that could actually help you lose weight. Nausea is not the way to lose weight. Fiber pills would probably be more effective and probably better for your stomach.
