Well, b12 vitamins help control ones hunger and speed up your metabolism and are also very healthy for you. Drinking water is also a key factor in losing weight. If you take out soda from what you drink and just drink water, it will help you a lot, as for junk food, there are snacks that are yummy and not as fattening. For example, Ritz toasted chips are very yummy and are better for you. So if you cut down on the junk food and replace it with things like the Ritz toasted crackers and drink water for a liquid you should do very well. On top of that, Arizona diet green tea is also a good idea because it speeds up your metabolism as well and is yummy. All of these things can be found at publix. Take a b12 with everything you eat and break down your meals into 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones. Also, dont eat before you go to sleep, and dont drink while eating.
